The name Krill is inspired by the namesake of the tiny sea crustacean- a significant source of food for some of the largest creatures on earth. In that relationship, small healthy things serve a larger purpose.
Krill offers a theatrical setting that is signature to all Giorgios Hospitality Group restaurants-
from the lemongrass and outdoor bamboo garden to the giant lanterns and colorful murals by local artist, Arianne Hemlein.
Krill's vibrant, fun atmosphere sets the mood for Executive Chef/ Partner, Jason Lawless' Southeast Asian inspired dishes, served with fun, funky twists, paired alongside fresh, creative cocktails and a thoughtfully curated sake and wine program.
Expect fresh, seasonal, local ingredients and house-made sauces and pastes- like the chili paste sambal.
